Allegations of tampering with record
Report sent to secretary health

TOBA TEK SINGH: Gojra THQ Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr Anwarul Haq on Saturday completed and forwarded his inquiry report to the Punjab Health secretary regarding the allegations levelled by a health and nutrition supervisor Umair Ahmad against the Health Department officials.
The secretary health had ordered an inquiry on the complaint of Umair Ahmad who had accused DHO Dr Abdul Hameed and Programme Director Raja Nasir Iqbal of tampering with his service record.
3 BOOKED FOR KILLING RELATIVE: The Rajana police have registered a case against three people on the charge of poisoning their relative to death at Chak 350/GB.
Ibrahim Jatt of Chak 338/GB told the police that he had gone to see his relatives where Qamar Shahzad, Muhammad Ashfaq and Anwar Bibi gave a poisonous drink to Nisar Ahmad over a property dispute. He said Nisar died after taking it. The police are conducting raids to arrest the accused.
