Want peace process move forward with Taliban: Nawaz

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said Pakistan has suffered great losses as a result of terrorism and the government wants the dialogue process with the Taliban to move forward.

Addressing businessmen here on Thursday, Nawaz Sharif said dictatorship was not accepted even in a house, how could it be tolerated in the country. He said Pakistan could not progress in the past because the system and the constitution had been subverted.

Commenting on the Karachi operation, PM Nawaz said the desired results from this operation were being achieved and that Karachi would be among the peaceful cities of the world in the future.

Pakistan wanted friendly relations both with India and Afghanistan, said Nawaz. He added neighbours could not be changed, therefore, we should live like good neighbours.
