Man killed, six injured in road accidents

SUKKUR: A man was killed and six injured in two different road accidents in Khairpur on Saturday.

Police said a car and a motorcycle collided on the National Highway Khairpur near Sindh Medical Centre. The motorcyclist Amjad Mangi was killed on the spot.

In another accident on the National Highway Khairpur near Beberloi, a truck collided with a car. This resulted in serious injuries to Shakeel Sheikh, his wife Sarwat and their children Saima, Muskan and Mujtaba, who were travelling the car. They were residents of Karachi. Baberloi police shifted the injured to a local hospital.
