KARACHI: Metropolitan Commissioner, Matanat Ali Khan and his guard were injured as a result of a bomb blast targetting his car near Essa Nagri graveyard, here on Saturday. The bomb was planted on a motorcycle, police said.
According to the police, two motorcycles were also damaged as a result of the blast.
The injured persons have been rushed to a local hospital and are said to be out of danger.
Hospital sources said Matanat Ali Khan received injuries in the legs, but he was doing well.
