LAHORE: Former British MP Chaudhry Sarwar, who is being tipped as the PML-N nominee for governor of Punjab, arrived in Lahore from Manchester on Saturday morning .
Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar was elected as Labour MP for Glasgow in 1997 and served until 2010.
Talking to media at Lahore airport, Sarwar said whatever political role Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will assign him, he would fulfill it.
To a question pertaining to Scotland Yard probe of Dr. Imran Farooq murder, Sarwar said, it was not influenced by anyone over this matter.
